About Belle

Belle is a French-inspired cafe by day and upscale brasserie by night. We are also a full-scale bakery, offering 100% sourdough, 100% organic flour breads and pastries, all handmade and baked in-house.

Our mission is to create a sense of community for the guests that visit, the team that works here, and our local farmers. We believe in high-quality local produce, and source all of our ingredients responsibly to promote positive food systems and agriculture.
