Entirely naturally leavened bread, with no commercial yeast. A soft, butter-enriched dough perfect for burgers and breakfast sandwiches.
Sourdough Baguette - $5
This bread uses both natural levain and a small amount of commercial yeast. Farmer Ground’s “Half-White” flour is a high extraction flour in which the bran is removed during the milling process, but the flavorful and nutritious germ of the wheat is retained.
Polenta Pullman - $14
A toasted polenta “mash” is incorporated into this blended wheat dough, creating loaves with a robust sweet-corn flavor, gentle crunch, and excellent keeping quality.
